MANAGEMENT
CONTEXT:

Hibernum is looking for a producer to drive and track the production of games and apps on iPad, iPhone and Facebook platforms. The new producer will work in collaboration with the Executive Producer, the Associate Producers and the creative, technical and artistic teams to ensure an effective project flow.

Moreover, the producer is involved in all phases of development, including conception, pre-production and production. A big part of the work consists of managing timelines, budgets, the resources’ allowance and the current projects’ contents.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage budgets and closely follow the content of projects;
  • Be the contact person with internal and external clients and manage the business relationship;
  • Accountable for the quality of the content in each project;
  • Propose innovative strategies to ensure a unique and stimulating user experience;
  • Monitor the consistency of the user experience amongst the various platforms;
  • Coordinate communications with management and with the associate producers;
  • Produce the tracking reports for the management;
  • Identify and anticipate potential problems and provide solutions that can be implemented;
  • Be on the look-out for new trends worldwide and demonstrate a strong interest towards product innovation;
  • Ensure team cohesion by its credibility, motivation and leadership.

PROFILE:

  • At least 5 year experience as a production manager in the video games industry;
  • Positive and motivating leadership;
  • Experienced in Agile methodology;
  • Strong management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively;
  • Good knowledge of mobile markets and social principles of monetization;
  • Effective in solving complex problems;
  • Strong capacity to adapt and be a fast learner;
  • Bilingual (French and English).

Hibernum is seeking an experienced business developer for its Animation and Cinematics departments. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of relevant experience working and developing business with animation and video games studios. The selected candidate will have a proven track record for building successful long-term strategic relationships within the animation, video games and movie making industries. We are looking for individuals with expertise in deal evaluation and contract negotiation to join our dynamic business team and our growing studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generating new business from your own research, experience, and network;
  • Actively seek out and propose new opportunities for the business;
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with current clients while working with them in order to maximise revenue opportunities;
  • Foster strong relationships with potential partners;
  • Representing the company worldwide at industry events, conferences, trade shows and networking;
  • Create and execute strategies to achieve business objectives in collaboration with our business development team;
  • Follow up on pipelines for business expansion;
  • Maintaining our sales pipeline and CRM system;
  • Play a central role in the development of the company’s digital sales strategy;
  • Quantify and evaluate the results of your work with regular reports to management;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients;
  • Regularly participate on client conference calls.

  • Has a strong network of contacts for potential partnerships;
  • Track record of successfully generating new business;
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals;
