ADMINISTRATION
CONTEXT:

MANAGEMENT
CONTEXT:

Hibernum is searching for a Publishing Director to join our dynamic team in Montreal. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in the games industry with a proven track record of publishing games.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ownership of the game publishing and game revenue;
  • Define overall online game publishing strategy and implementation across multiple game products;
  • Meet or exceed revenue and operating income goals by owning game P&L, go-to-market strategy, and live management;
  • Create and manage release schedules for digital trades to third party vendors. Also provide guidance with balancing schedules for each vendor to maintain a consistent presence across all platforms;
  • Developing content schedules, publisher alignment opportunities and track execution to plan;
  • Work closely with marketing managers, development teams, and community managers to create a cohesive launch campaign and strategy;

CONTEXT:

Hibernum is searching for a skilled Senior Product Manager to take on several of our exciting projects and work closely with production teams to ensure games have an optimum commercial value. The new Senior Product Manager will help provide product vision and optimal customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with studio leadership to define product vision, scope & business requirements that can deliver best in class KPI’s for free-to-play games & game-as-service operating models;
  • Own and analyze “full funnel” game metrics (acquisition, retention, engagement & monetization) and proactively identify and implement optimizations to player experience and core financial performance; structure & lead regular business reviews with production team & key stakeholders;
  • Conceptualize and design innovative product features aimed at improving customer acquisition, retention and monetization;

  • 2+ years experience managing free-to-play online and / or mobile game products with a focus on monetization;
  • Is squarely centered around the customer experience and wears multiple hats with ease (Production. Product Management, but also Project Management and elements of Game Design);
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts and principles;
